Why Bella Salon?

We offer a unique environment with 4 generations of cosmetologists. Some of which have been working together for 20 years. With new ownership, we bring unlimited opportunities for education and growth, as well as mentorship and coaching. Our environment is a learning one, where there are no mistakes only lessons. There is significant room here for new talent as well as established stylists looking for a place to shine and lead the way. If you want to be a change maker and a leader, we are looking for you.

We are led, not managed. Our owner is only behind the chair one day per week in order to focus on growing others. Our leadership style is equality, equity and team oriented with empathy at the center of all.

We are an AVEDA Concept salon who deals directly with the manufacturer so every dollar we spend and every product we sell gets invested directly back into our business through education. AVEDA is a leader in sustainable, vegan, Made is the USA beauty. It is certified B Corp and Leaping Bunny. It isn’t just a brand; it is a counterculture.

Career Path

• Apprentice (6 months) > Junior Stylist > Stylist > Artistic Director
